Egyptian Beef Shawerma
Beef marinated in vinegar, onion syrup, salt, pepper, coriander, paprika, Turmeric, and cinnamon, topped with fresh parsley, tomatoes, and hot peppers. Served in a bun.
Shakshuka Wrap
Onion, green pepper, and tomato chopped and fried in a skillet mixed with 2 omelet-style eggs and served in a tortilla wrap.
Grilled Halloumi Cheese Wrap
Halloumi cheese fried in olive oil with salt and paprika flakes, served in a tortilla wrap pressed over a hot grill. Add sliced or smashed avocado!
Falafel Wrap
Falafel with Tahini spread, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and pickles pressed in a panini press.
